INGREDIENTS
- 1 big Guava/ Peru/ Amrud (Fully Ripen)
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Black Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 ¼ cup Water
- ¼ tsp or as per your taste Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the Guava into small pieces.
- In a SUNFLAME JUICE EXTRACTOR SF-619 add the guava and the tomato pieces along with salt, sugar and black pepper. Make a smooth pulp.
- Now add the water and grind one more time.
- Pour the guava juice through a sieve into a big bowl.
- Add the black salt and mix well.
- Store the juice in a refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
- Right before serving you can add grated Guava zest(for the lack of a word) into the drink to give more texture.
- You can also add the grated Guava on top.
