INGREDIENTS

  • 1 big Guava/ Peru/ Amrud (Fully Ripen)
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Black Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ tsp or as per your taste Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the Guava into small pieces.
  • In a SUNFLAME JUICE EXTRACTOR SF-619 add the guava and the tomato pieces along with salt, sugar and black pepper. Make a smooth pulp.
  • Now add the water and grind one more time.
  • Pour the guava juice through a sieve into a big bowl.
  • Add the black salt and mix well.
  • Store the juice in a refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
  • Right before serving you can add grated Guava zest(for the lack of a word) into the drink to give more texture.
  • You can also add the grated Guava on top.
