INGREDIENTS
- 3 cup Watermelon cut in cubes.
- 6-8 Key Limes
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 dash of Salt (optional)
- 2 cup Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place watermelon in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Zest key limes and the cut and squeeze juice.
- Add frozen watermelon to a SUNFLAME JUICE EXTRACTOR SF-618 DX.
- Add sugar, lime juice and lime zest.
- Pulse until blended. If it seems too thick add up to 1/2 cup water.
- Add crushed ice and blend.
- Transfer to glasses and garnish with key line slices.
