INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cup Watermelon cut in cubes.
  • 6-8 Key Limes
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 dash of Salt (optional)
  • 2 cup Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place watermelon in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Zest key limes and the cut and squeeze juice.
  • Add frozen watermelon to a SUNFLAME JUICE EXTRACTOR SF-618 DX.
  • Add sugar, lime juice and lime zest.
  • Pulse until blended. If it seems too thick add up to 1/2 cup water.
  • Add crushed ice and blend.
  • Transfer to glasses and garnish with key line slices.
