INGREDIENTS
- Solid milk 500 gm
- Sugar 200 gm
- Cardamom ¼ Tsp
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Saffron food colour 1 pinch
- Clarified butter 3 tbsp
- Silver paper for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a SUNFLAME DEEP FRY PAN cook solid milk and sugar on low flame.
- When the mixture thickens add cardamom, saffron and saffron food colour.
- Add 2 tbsp clarified butter and turn the flame off. Mix well.
- Grease your hands with 1 tbsp clarified butter and shape the mixture in medium sized balls or pedas.
- Now put a layer of silver paper on top and serve.
