INGREDIENTS

  • Solid milk 500 gm
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Cardamom ¼ Tsp
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Saffron food colour 1 pinch
  • Clarified butter 3 tbsp
  • Silver paper for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a SUNFLAME DEEP FRY PAN cook solid milk and sugar on low flame.
  • When the mixture thickens add cardamom, saffron and saffron food colour.
  • Add 2 tbsp clarified butter and turn the flame off. Mix well.
  • Grease your hands with 1 tbsp clarified butter and shape the mixture in medium sized balls or pedas.
  • Now put a layer of silver paper on top and serve.
